Ludo & Arsène

Ludo and Arsène are moving about the festival, always on their way towards an important mission. A spontaneous interaction with a group of festival goers brings them to a stop. What follows is a playful and absurd acrobatic scene in which the public is invited to enter the impulsive world of Ludo & Arsène.

Be Flat is a circus company based in Ghent Belgium, founded by Ward Mortier and Thomas Decaesstecker. The company is known for its unique mix of acrobatic circus and urban sports.
Be Flat is the chameleon among the circus artists. By responding to the environment, each of their performances become a unique event.

As residents of the urban environment, we are fascinated by the public space. The city is a living organism in constant flux. How do we use this common space? Who are we in today's street scene?
Be Flat strives for equality. We play for everyone. Our goal is to use our creativity to bring spectators with different backgrounds together, during our ‘interventions’, and also thereafter.
